Subscription Cancellation

At SmilePlease.ai, we offer both free and paid subscription plans. You can cancel your subscription to any paid plan at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting our support team. However, note the following:

  • Free Plan Users:

    No cancellation is required for free users, but if you wish to stop using SmilePlease.ai, you can simply discontinue use.

  • Paid Plan Users:

    : If you cancel a paid subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, you will retain access to premium features until the end of that cycle. Your subscription will not automatically renew for the next period.

Refund Policy

SmilePlease.ai aims to provide high-quality services, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, we have the following refund guidelines:

  • Pro & Business Plans:

    Subscriptions to our Pro or Business plans are non-refundable. Once you have subscribed and paid for the plan, SmilePlease.ai will not issue refunds for partial or unused services, except in the case of technical issues on our end that prevent you from accessing the service.

  • Special Circumstances:

    Refund requests may be considered in exceptional cases, such as service outages or technical issues lasting more than 48 hours. If such issues occur, users must submit a request to the SmilePlease.ai support team for consideration.

Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions to SmilePlease.ai are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on the plan). To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You will receive a notification before the renewal, giving you the opportunity to review your subscription status.

Changing Subscription Plans

If you choose to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan:

  • Upgrades:

    Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

  • Downgrades:

    Downgrades will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to your current plan’s features until that time. Refunds or prorated credits for downgrades are not provided.

Service Termination by SmilePlease.ai

SmilePlease.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts due to violations of our Terms of Service, fraudulent activities, or misuse of the platform. In such cases:

  • Users will not be entitled to refunds.

  • We may provide users with the option to download their content before account termination.

Data Access After Cancellation

After canceling your paid subscription, your account will revert to a free plan with limited features. You will still be able to access your photos and data but may need to delete some files if you exceed the storage limit. If your account remains inactive for 12 months, we reserve the right to delete your data after providing a notice via email.

How to Request a Refund

For any refund requests due to exceptional circumstances, users can contact SmilePlease.ai’s support team within 30 days of the issue by providing:

  • The reason for the refund request.

  • Relevant account information and proof of the issue (e.g., screenshots, error logs). The support team will evaluate the request and determine whether a refund or credit is applicable.
