By uploading your data, you grant SmilePlease.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display the data for the purposes of operating the service. Subscription Plans and Payments

SmilePlease.ai offers a free plan with limited storage and services, as well as paid subscription plans for additional features. Payments for Pro or Business plans are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled by the user. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. SmilePlease.ai reserves the right to modify subscription plans and pricing at any time.

Account Termination

SmilePlease.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities. You may also request the deletion of your account by contacting support. Termination of your account will result in the loss of access to your photos and stored data, but you may download your content prior to account closure.

Limitation of Liability

SmilePlease.ai and its affiliates are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, unauthorized access, or service interruptions. Our liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the fees paid (if any) for the service in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SmilePlease.ai operates. Any disputes arising from the use of SmilePlease.ai must be resolved through mediation or arbitration in that jurisdiction.
